It's over!

The exclamation point at the end of the title is well deserved. Compared to the Massive Sockeye run last year, our guides actually had to put in a bit of effort to catch the prized Sockeye (poor babies). It is a fun meat fishery, but does it ever wear a person out quickly! My arms were sore from casting even only going out once!

I am excited for Pink Salmon season, it is creeping up quickly as this week moves forward. Each day the test fishery totals get higher, so all I can say is bring it on!
A bunch of our guides are out catching pinks on the fly as we speak.
One thing I must say about this year is how good the Chinook fishing has been, and continues to be!
Here are some nice shots.

In this one Grandma has out fished grandpa :)

Sturgeon fishing has been great as usual. It will be nice when the Pinks move up the Harrison and we can start having more action packed days on the gorgeous Harrison. Any day now! Here come the 17+millions pinks!
