the gossip.yesterday , while fighting an alleged 11 foot Sturgeon near Hope, our guest (after advice from his guide) pulled up on the fish so it would surface
the Rod then snapped right at the butt end and the whole rig flew into the water. It was retrieved, but sadly a brand new rod met it's demise, the BIG one got away and the reel is going in to be cleaned. It's not all a loss the guests have seen something like 7 fish over feet in their last 7 days. To be totally honest I stopped keeping track, there's been too many. I'll post the tag sheets asap even though it's a boring image.
