Some people at their places of work have some serious diversity and challenges to overcome on a daily basis. These are usually related to budgets, co-workers and new projects.
My current job challenge: a near flooding Fraser River.
I LOVE the stories that show that everyday is different on the water (even though a guide will tell you that April through November feels like one big day).
All of the major boat launches in the Fraser Valley are under water due to an abundance of Fraser or an abundance of Harrison. Thankfully we have guides who will do just about anything to fish; One of the guides had to crawl out of his truck window while launching his boat because the water was up over the door sill! The best part - there's lots of fish around, and not very many people out on the water!
