I received an email from one of our clients today, about the trip she and her two kids went on in May with one of our guides. She writes:
"(Our guide) worked very hard in making it a successful trip. I appreciated thoroughly his respect for us as a family outing, his patience with questions (especially me !!!) And his professionalism and knowledge. My son lives to fish and watches and learns from everything around him. Believe me when I say actions tell alot. He observed and learned so much by watching (our guide). I just wanted to express my appreciation for always being patient and respectful you taught a young man and woman (my daughter) many things that day not only about fishing but about respect. You laughed with us and watched Erin's video with us. And caught amazing fish!!! We will never forget and we will be back"
(This family was fishing with us in May, when the water was very high. Unfortunately there was no beach to land this lovely 6' fish, so they had to make do with a beside-the-boat photo)
It absolutely makes my day when I get an email like this, or have clients pop in to my office after their day on the river, smiling and excited about the amazing day that they just experienced. I love being able to forward emails like this one to the guides, and to tell our President, Tony, that another client was utterly wowed by our amazing guides.
And even more, I love being able to brag about how great they are to everyone else as well!
