Eagle watching and sturgeon watching?

I've mentioned it in passing a few times before, but we also operate Harrison Eco Tours. This time of the year, we are focused on Bald Eagle Viewing tours on the Harrison River. Each year the Harrison area plays host to what is arguably the worlds largest congretation of Bald Eagles - also known as a convocation of eagles.

We offer boat trips down the Harrison to allow birdwatchers, photographer and nature lovers an up close and personal look at the eagles, as well as spawning salmon, and every so often a bear or two, or other fish-eating predator.

Greg Tjosvold was out on one of our tours this past week, and in addition to the eagles was able to capture a few great photos of one of our guide boats out fishing - and landing - a sturgeon.

You never know what you might see on the Harrison!

Huge thanks to Greg for sharing!
